The Second Overseas Chinese New Media Forum was held in Chengdu, September 5th. More than 300 people from 100 Chinese media in more than 40 countries and regions attend the forum, making extensive exchanges and discussions around the Belt and Road and oversea Chinese new media. In the afternoon of September 5th, Guan Chenghua, Dean of Capital Institute of Science and Technology Development Strategy delivered a keynote speech.
