BNU-MIT City Smart Innovation Joint Lab

The laboratory is dedicated to promoting researches on the theories, methods, and applied practices of urban green and smart innovation development, catalyzing scientific decision-making models and social governance models, and promoting social progress and intellectual transformation. At present, the center is focusing on the utilization of big data reality mining and data-driven analysis methods to study the dynamic changes of behaviors, decision-making models, and innovation choices of individuals, enterprises, and governments in the market and social systems in the context of big data，providing basic models and decision-making tools for city wisdom and technological innovation. With the help of the projects, the laboratory strives to open up the field of “big data economics” with the main methods of evolutionary economics, evolutionary game theory and social connection model.
