Associate Researcher and Deputy Director of Laboratory of Sustainable Development in Research Center for Rural Economy. Doctor of Economics from the Renmin University of China. He has exchanged in Department of Environmental Policy at Wageningen University. He is also the Director and Expert Committee Member in National Animal Husbandry Waste Recycling Technology Innovation Alliance; Director of China Ecological Economics Society. His research interest: agricultural non-point source pollution control policy, integration of agricultural environmental policies and comprehensive reclamation of river basin.
