Abstract
"Comparative and Research on Energy Management System" is the main achievement of the "Research on China's Energy Management System Reform" commissioned by the National Energy Expert Advisory Committee. This book builds a comparative analysis framework of the energy management system from the three levels of “why manage”, “how to manage” and “who manage”, and analyzes the energy management model of eight representative countries deeply. On this basis, it analyzes the reform of China's energy management system. Some of the points raised in the book coincide with the content of the new round of institutional reforms in the State Council on energy management institutions. Of course, as pointed out in the book, there is still space for the reform of China's energy management system. The transformation of management methods and government functions needs to deepen further, and the institutional adjustment needs to be in place gradually.
