About RCBEE
Research Center of Behavioral and Experimental Economics (RCBEE) focuses on studies in Behavioral Economics, Experimental Economics, Common-pool Resource Management, and Social Capital. We utilize various methods such as large-scale household-level experiment, random control trial (RCT), agent-based model (ABM) and survey to study social events and public opinion management, social preference, social capital, cooperation and environmental governance, etc. We have published papers on European Economic Review, China Economic Review, Economic Development and Cultural Change, World Development, China & World Economy and Energy Policy, etc.

Roles and responsibilities:
1. Applicants will conduct researches with the research group directed by Associate Professor Zhou Yexin, with opportunities for collaborations with other excellent faculty at BNU as well as other cooperative units.
2. Applicants will assist RCBEE in research and management.
3. Expected to assist in field work/experiment, data analysis, and writing research proposals, reports and publications.
4. Responsible for managing major academic projects, and coordination with School of Economics and Resource Management as needed.
Qualifications:
Suggested qualifications to include but not limited to:
1. Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in recent three years in Economics, preferably in Labour Economics, Development Economics, Behavioral Economics, Experimental Economics and Micro-econometrics; and principally, not beyond age 35
2. Be familiar with both quantitative and qualitative analyses in micro-econometric research; and proficient in Matlab, R or Stata
3. Relevant research experience and an excellent track record of publications will be distinct advantages
4. Fluency in English and proficiency in English writing required
5. Good at teamwork and meanwhile have the ability to conduct research independently
Benefits:
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to insurances and medical benefits. The stipend will be about 400,000 RMB annually (pre-tax).
