Abstract:

In the latest developments in input-output application methods, there is an input-output expansion model that can be incorporated into changes in individual income distribution policies. The main feature of this model is the biochemical treatment of household consumption. Its operating mechanism is: exogenous demand stimulates production development, production forms income, and income distribution determines consumption, and consumption again puts new demands on production. Based on the above ideas, we try to establish an input-output expansion model for the study of individual income distribution policies that suits China's situation. Through this model, multiple changes in the individual income distribution policy can be simulated to determine the relationship between the goals of the individual income distribution policy.
